It’s ten minutes past the agreed meeting time with your colleague Marta. You pop over to her office and realise she’s not in today and she never informed you that she wasn’t going to make it for the meeting.
As a result, you missed an important deadline. The next day, you bump into her at the office and it seems she’s completely forgotten about the missed meeting. You still need to have this meeting - and urgently. How can you gently remind her without making it seem like you’re trying to place blame? 🔸 Hey Marta, I hope everything’s okay. We were supposed to have that meeting yesterday but I saw you weren’t in the office. Can I pop over at 10h? 🔸 Hi Marta, do you have ten minutes free this morning? I would appreciate a quick chat since we weren’t able to meet as scheduled yesterday. 🔸 Hey Marta, unfortunately we weren’t able to speak yesterday. Would you be able to spare ten minutes for me this morning? It’s pretty urgent. Hope that helps!
