This is interesting (not curious, Spanish people use curious too much) because when I first came to Spain gin was just starting to become a more popular drink and now through recent market research gin is now one of the most fashionable (not fashion, fashion is just for clothes) drinks around.
The reason why I am highlighting this drink is because I noticed very quickly that Spanish people say: “Gin tonic” which to be honest is fine but it might be interesting for you to know that in the UK we say: Gin AND tonic. The thing is that we often say it so fast that it sounds like this: “Gin n Tonic”. So remember if you really want to sound like a native speaker you have to order your drink saying: “Can I have a gin n' tonic, please?” Hope that helps!
