INGLÉS PARA NEGOCIAR: "DRAGGING YOUR HEELS" This idiom is almost self-explanatory the only problem being that the words "dragging" and "heels" might be a bit complex to understand! "Heels" are "tacones" (shoes) or "talones" (body) and "dragging" is "arrastrar". So when you are "dragging your heels" it means that you are moving forward reluctantly or at a very slow pace!
