NOTHING DE NOTHING I can't remember when I heard this. I guess it was a joke...probably! The expression "nada de nada" is interesting to translate because although the word "nothing" would be the obvious choice we don't use it in this context. In fact, the best option here is "at all" or "anything at all". So, for example: "I don't know anything at all about the meeting next week" or "I haven't heard anything at all about that issue".
