DO YOU SAY THIS: WHEN I GO TO THE BANK I USE MY "TARGET"? This is a classic mistake for Spanish people and obviously comes from the word "tarjeta". In English the word "target" is used when you are talking about sales. For example: "My sales target this week is 1000 units". In other words we use "target" to describe an objective. The correct translation of "tarjeta" is "card". So for example: "When I go to the cash machine I use my bank card". Hope that helps!
