This is a verb that is quite unusual and therefore not well known by Spanish people. It is generally used in business contexts and more formal emails. Even high level students do not use it very often.
To be “aware of something” is: “ser consciente de algo”. I like to highlight this verb because it is a little more elegant than “do you know”. For example, below there are two sentences that mean exactly the same but the first one is much better in a formal context:
