ADVICES OR ADVICE? Many Spanish people like the use the word "advices" when they speak in English. Most of time they do this because they are thinking about the word "consejos" in Spanish, so naturally they put an "s" on the end of "advice". The problem is that the word "advices" is not used in English and to use the word correctly you need to use it in the singular form = "advice". So, for example: "Everyday I give Spanish people advice on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter about how to improve their English!". Hope that helps!

You can say 'pieces of advice' too, right?
