There are two ways to express this idea in English:
✔️ Set up a meeting ✔️ Organise a meeting It's really important to highlight that the verb "convocate" does not exist in English: ❌ Convocate a meeting So, let me give you some examples: "We need to set up a meeting with our suppliers to discuss how we can improve quality." "We need to organise a meeting with our colleagues in Germany." I hope that helps.
