¿"Presupuesto" en inglés?

Another example could be if you're renovating your home and want to know the cost of new flooring. You would ask for a quote from the flooring company to determine the cost of the materials and installation.

However, if you only have $5000 to spend on the entire home renovation, then your budget for the new flooring would be $5000 or less.

En resumen, un QUOTE es una estimación del coste de un artículo o servicio concreto, mientras que un BUDGET es la cantidad máxima de dinero que se ha reservado para una actividad específica.
